“When we called Mike, we were at our wit's end with Star. She wasn't listening to simple commands, would bark and lunge at dogs & people in public, and had no leash manners whatsoever. The final straw was when she started nipping and biting us. Training was our last shot before throwing in the towel and sending Star back home to live as an outdoor dog with family members.
